1. Processing Times

All stock orders are standardly verified, processed, and securely packaged inside our warehouse facility within 1 to 2 business days before courier pickup. Orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

All orders ship via express shipping at a flat rate of $15.00 CAD and are delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

3. Free Shipping on Professional Orders

To back our business network, all qualifying professional salon product purchases exceeding a total value of $100 CAD automatically unlock complimentary express delivery.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched from our fulfillment facility, a shipment confirmation notice containing an active digital courier tracking link will be instantly sent to your registered email address.

5. Canada and United States Delivery

We provide fully compliant commercial shipping across Canada and the United States. Certain remote geographical locations or extended delivery zones may require alternative transit routing timelines. 

6. Delays & Exceptions

Estimated arrival distributions are based on active courier parameters. By Levanē Lab is not legally liable for external logistics delays driven by extreme weather conditions, customs procedures, or regional distribution constraints.
