Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • • Only sealed, unused, and unopened products are eligible for return or exchange.

  • • Any product that has been opened, used, or does not have its original sealed lid will not be eligible.

  • • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

Process

  • 2. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

  • 3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • • If you wish to exchange a product, please specify the item you would like in return.

  • • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly
